July 11, 2008: Redbird School of Irish Music presents Angelina Carrberry and Martin Quinn. House concert in downtown Columbia. 8pm, $15. Seating is limited. Advance ticket purchase recommended. Directions provided with ticket purchase. Repertoire workshop preceeds concert: come learn some Galway tunes from two of the finest! August 3, 2008: Corner House performs with Columbia's Scottish Country Dancers at the Columbia Museum of Art.
October 18, 2008: Redbird School of Irish Music presents Masters of the Celtic Harp: Gráinne Hambly from County Mayo, Ireland and Billy Jackson from Glasgow Scotland. House concert in downtown Columbia. Rarely has Irish and Scottish music been heard together in a way that compares with the music of these fine musicians. A special treat in a very cozy setting for fans of the harp and Celtic music fans! 8pm, $15. Seating is limited. Advance ticket purchase recommended. Directions provided with ticket purchase. November 21, 2008: Corner House performs at the Columbia Museum of Art. Students from the Redbird School of Irish Music will also perform. 7PM.

June 8, 2008: Corner House perform at St. John's Episcopal Church fundraiser in Shandon. 4PM.
April 19, 2008: Olympia Community Festival in Columbia, SC. Festival will be held on Whaley Street in front of the Olympia Mill. Corner House and the Redbird Fiddlers will perform early in the day.
April 5, 2008: Corner House play tunes for the Columbia Contra Dance. New dancers' workshop at 7pm, dance starts at 7:30. More details about the dance are available at www.contracola.org
March 17, 2008: St. Patrick's Day! Corner House perform at Delaney's in 5 Points in Columbia, SC. We will be joined by the Redbird Fiddlers. 6PM-9PM.
February 1-3, 2008: Corner House recommends the Atlanta Irish Music Competition. A great event to hear and play Irish music all weekend!
January 19, 2008: Redbird School of Irish Music presents - Fiddler Extraordinaire! Fred Lail from Greensboro, NC. The fabulous Fred Lail wil share his amazing Irish fiddling and southern wit. Workshops and House Concert. Concert 8PM - Tickets $15. Workshops $30 - time tbd. Please email for details.
November 30, 2007: A Celtic Christmas Concert with Corner House at the Columbia Museum of Art. We welcome guests Alex Reidinger (fiddle, harp and concertina) from Asheville, NC; Lillie Morris (fiddle, vocals) and Mike Hay (uillean pipes, whistle) both from Augusta, GA; and students from the Redbird School of Irish Music.
November 19, 2007: Corner House perform for Palmetto Health Hospice Volunteers (private function).
November 15, 2007: Corner House perform at Vista Lights - downtown Columbia, SC. 6:30-9
November 9, 2007: Redbird School of Irish Music presents - An evening of Irish music with a master of both the fiddle and guitar Randal Bays! 8PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall - Corner of Marion and Blanding, Downtown Columbia. Tickets $15. Randal will be accompanied by Columbia's own Davey Mathias of Corner House. Randal will teach a fiddle workshop prior to the concert 5-6:30, cost $35. Please email for reservations and directions for the workshop. Thanks to the AOH and to Celtic Concepts for their support of this event!!
November 3, 2007: Kirkin' o the Tartans - Augusta GA. Corner House perform with our good friends from Augusta, GA - Solstice. Covenant Presbyterian Church - 3131 Walton Way, Augusta. 7:30 PM. Free admission.
October 14, 2007: Corner House performs for Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Anniversary event.

September 22, 2007: Corner House at Delaney's. Columbia, SC - in 5 Points. Half-way to St. Paddy's Day Party! 12-3. Also performing: Redbird Fiddlers and Palmetto Pipes and Drums. Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of music! Carroll Brown performs later in the evening.
September 15, 2007: Corner House at The Art Bar. Columbia, SC - in the Vista. Corner House starts at 10pm followed by The Magnetic Flowers and Rum, Sodomy and the Lash (Pogues cover band).

April 21: Corner House performs at the Olympia Community Festival at 2pm.
April 12 - 15, 2007: Corner House recommends - Ireland in Dixie: 2007 National Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Éireann Convention hosted by Atlanta, GA's Irish Music Traditions. A gathering of of the practitioners of traditional Irish arts, to be held in Atlanta, Georgia - four days of Irish dance, music and more!
